As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with departmental leaders, delivering essential financial analysis and guidance. You will also partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, streamline processes, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. What will the Finance Business Partner role involve? Performance Tracking: Monitor operational KPIs and support cost-reduction strategies. Investment Analysis: Prepare capital investment proposals and conduct post-implementation reviews to maximize returns. Profitability Insights: Analyse product and customer margins to support tender and pricing decisions. Variance Reporting: Deliver monthly variance analysis and explain impacts on EBITDA. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in operational budget preparation and half-year forecasts. Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy: A qualified accountant (minimum 2 years post-qualification experience). A background in manufacturing or FMCG, with a strong understanding of standard costing and ERP systems. Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools. A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
