Reed Business School is looking for a motivated Performance Coach to support and guide learners through their apprenticeship programmes, ensuring occupational competency and timely completion to join their team in the Moreton-in-Marsh, Cotswolds. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments, plan learning routes, and agree on training plans with apprentices and employers. Motivate and coach learners to achieve their goals, providing regular progress reviews and pastoral care. Prepare learners for assessments and act as a point of contact for programme queries. Monitor performance, identify learning needs, and support retention and achievement targets. Ensure accurate documentation using Eportfolio and tracking systems. Requirements: Proven coaching experience in workplace or apprenticeship settings. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate learners. Desirable: Coaching qualifications or knowledge of accountancy qualifications (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW).
