About the Role: As a Senior Cloud Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping key clients define their cloud strategy and create and implement cloud operating models. Leveraging your extensive consulting experience, you will drive progress with clients, sometimes challenging their existing practices to achieve optimal outcomes. Your role will involve utilizing your background in cloud delivery models and proficiency in FinOps, with additional experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, and Cloud Operations being advantageous. Mandatory Requirements: Experience in Cloud Delivery Models: Proven track record in managing the implementation of large, complex cloud and hybrid enterprise solutions. Proficiency in FinOps: Strong understanding and application of FinOps principles. Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage technical and commercial Director/VP stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor. Technical Delivery: Experience in applying MS Cloud Adoption Framework / AWS Well Architected Review best practices. Certifications: Pro level CSP and Associate in another platform, FinOps Practitioner, Project or Product Management or Business Architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, PrinceII). Desirable Skills and Experience: DevOps, DevSecOps, and Cloud Operations: Additional experience in these areas is highly advantageous. Public Speaking: Confidence in presenting to large audiences, both internally and externally, including pre and post-sales situations with original content. Community Health: Experience in moderating community content, organizing events, and encouraging respectful discussion and behavior. Marketing: Participation in partner events or having externally published papers (whitepapers, books, etc.) every six months. Mentoring: Providing guidance and mentoring to more junior team members to support their career and personal development. Proactive Approach: Taking action and choosing result-oriented behavior proactively. Growth Mindset: Demonstrating creative thinking, innovation, and designing solutions.
