Our Security Operations (SecOps) team is central to that mission — and we’re looking for a talented and driven Project Manager to help us deliver critical, high-impact projects that protect our infrastructure, systems, and customers.
This isn’t your average project manager role. You’ll sit at the heart of one of our most strategic programmes — leading the delivery of cutting-edge security projects that span cyber, physical, operational and regulatory domains. From implementing threat detection platforms to embedding national security standards, your work will play a vital role in safeguarding our people, our data, and the energy systems that keep the UK moving.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week based in one of our offices (Ansty, Coventry / Leicester), with flexibility around how the remaining time is spent.

What you’ll bring
You’re an experienced project manager with a strong delivery track record and a passion for protecting what matters. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep people aligned, outcomes on track, and risks under control.
* Proven Project Delivery - You’ve led complex projects end-to-end, ideally in technology, infrastructure or security environments.
* Security & Resilience Knowledge - You understand the SecOps landscape — from cyber threats to NIS regulations, ISO standards, or resilience frameworks.
* Structured & Strategic - You manage risk, budgets, timelines and suppliers with confidence and clarity.
* Confident Communicator - You’re comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and translating complex issues into clear action.
* Solutions-Oriented - You anticipate blockers, bring fresh thinking, and know how to keep momentum going.
