Working Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours (must be across 5 days) to be discussed in interview
Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 P/H (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Manage routine maintenance duties, conduct inspections, and execute preventive, urgent, and remedial repairs.
Safety Advocate: Promote safety by adhering to workplace safety regulations and managing risks.
Resource Management: Collaborate with other teams to efficiently oversee tools, equipment, and supplies.
Quality & Documentation: Ensure processes are followed by monitoring quality, overseeing contractors, and assessing equipment breakdowns.
Skills and Experience:
Technical Abilities: Knowledge of upkeep or DIY projects such as plumbing, carpentry and painting.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety systems to maintain a secure work environment.
Team Player: Strong communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with others.
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with fundamental plumbing, electrical tasks, problem-solving, and a willingness to continue learning.
Prior experience in maintenance.
Direct experience and comprehension of safe work methods.
Full UK Driving Licence
