M&E Engineering Supervisor – £55,000 - Victoria\nLocation: Victoria \nSalary: £55,000\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, Days\n\nOur client, a trusted leader in the industry for over 40 years, is looking for a M&E Engineering Supervisor to join their team at a prestigious Commercial Office Building located by Victoria Station. In this key role, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £55,000, alongside the opportunity to work in a dynamic and cutting-edge environment.\n\nAs the Day Supervisor, you will oversee isolating and restoring power, issuing PTW (Permit to Work) to contractors, and supporting the project during the critical fit-out phase. Leading up to the building’s operational stage, you will receive comprehensive training and play an active role in setting up processes, familiarizing yourself with the building’s systems, and assisting with commissioning activities.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary of £55,000 per annum\nOngoing professional development and training opportunities\nA dynamic, state-of-the-art work environment in a prestigious location\nComprehensive benefits package, including pension, holiday entitlement, and shift allowancesKey Duties:\n\nSupport fit-out contractor activities, such as isolations, connections, and issuing permits, post-building shell and core handover.\nDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the building, its layout, and functions, through scenario drills, continuous assessments, and staff training.\nLiaise with engineering contractors, shift teams, Engineering Manager, and Permit Manager to plan and execute works.\nAssist maintenance teams during quieter periods on the project.\nPrepare and manage permit-to-work requests as needed.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including those involving directly employed staff and subcontractors.\nInvestigate faults, identify root causes, and prepare timely reports on plant and equipment failures.\nUndertake additional tasks as required by the Engineering Manager or Shift Leader.\nContinuously seek opportunities for smarter, more efficient ways of working and process improvement.Candidate Requirements:\n\nCity & Guilds Electrical Competency (Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent apprenticeship).\n18th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations.\nC&G 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification.\nACoPs L8 (Legionella Control).\nIOSH qualification.\nStrong building services knowledge in environments similar to HVAC standards.\nCritical Environment experience.\nExcellent customer relationship and communication skills.If you're ready to step into a critical leadership role in a high-profile, cutting-edge environment, apply now to join a prestigious team!\n\nLet me know if you'd like further revisions or additional details
