As a Data Analyst Apprentice, you'll play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making. You'll learn to collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources, helping to identify trends and insights. This will involve assisting with the creation of reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate findings effectively. You'll also gain experience in data quality assurance, ensuring accuracy and consistency, while collaborating with the team to understand business needs and contribute to analytical projects. SQL (or Willingness to Learn): Querying databases is crucial; prior experience is a plus, but eagerness to learn is essential. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to break down problems, interpret data, and draw conclusions. Attention to Detail & Critical Thinking: Accuracy, precision, and objective evaluation of information. Eagerness to Learn & Intellectual Curiosity: A genuine desire to develop and explore the world of data. Communication & Collaboration Skills: Clearly communicate findings and work effectively in a team. Time Management & Organisation: Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Entry Requirements: Standard Entry: Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc) OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role) Plus: 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above Experience with using Excel and Microsoft products (or similar) You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
