Project Manager - East Midlands & Buckinghamshire

Job Description: As a Project Manager (Mechanical & Electrical) you will be required to manage a team across The East Midlands/ Buckinghamshire. This is a site-based role where you will be expected to work as part of a team to deliver projects on time to a high-quality standard. The work will consist of the following:
* Project value of £8m - £20 million
* Design and build of multi-storey buildings
* Delivering new build apartments, student accommodation & hotel projects
* Liaising with site managers across multiple projects
* Meeting with clients & contractors on a regular basis to manage the programme of works
* Project reports
* Health and safety
* Quality control
Qualifications required of the Project Manager:
* SMSTS
* First Aid
The ideal Project Manager will have experience in the following:
* Managing multiple contracts/ projects simultaneously
* Residential background (apartments/ student accommodation)
* New builds
* Mechanical and electrical background
Permanent Package
* Pension 5%
* Annual leave is 25 days + bank holidays
* Laptop + phone
* Company car/ allowance (Electric vehicle)
Location: East Midlands/ Buckinghamshire, UK
Start date: February 2025 (Or until notice period is cleared)
Working Hours: Mon-Thu, 8:00 / Fri, 8:30 - 16:00
Pay rate: £65,000-£75,000 per annum
Interview process: MS Teams 1st stage, face to face 2nd stage
