Our client are looking for a Quality Health and Safety Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
The key here is a solid understanding of Quality and manufacturing to succeed.
Although part of a larger organisation, this particular site is looking for someone to implement a firm H&S culture, helping the business understand exactly how to be compliant.
Responsibilities:
1. Promote a culture of health & safety and quality throughout the organisation.
2. Report accidents and incidents, and provide support in carrying out thorough investigations.
3. Ensure that our organisation's Quality Management System is up to date and followed by all departments.
4. Act as a key contact for customer complaints and assist operations staff in their investigations.
5. Contribute to FMEAs, risk management plans, and risk management reports.
Required Qualifications:
6. A minimum of 5 years of experience in health & safety, quality, and QMS.
7. Experience working in accordance with ISO (ISO & ISO experience desirable).
8. Excellent knowledge of quality systems.
