This role involves managing multiple clients across the UK, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site audits and inspections, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions Develop and implement health & safety policies, procedures, and documentation Advise clients on compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and industry standards Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, implementing corrective actions Deliver training sessions and workshops on health & safety best practices Assist clients with ISO Integrated Management Systems, including audits Develop and implement emergency response plans Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices Personal Requirements: NEBOSH Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management Qualification Proven experience in a health & safety advisory or audit role Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, including CDM 2015 Experience with internal and external audits (advantageous) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience delivering staff training (advantageous) Excellent communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Benefits: Competitive Salary 30 Holiday days Private Health Scheme To apply, contact Judy on 07534 773 798 or email judyactivusrecruitment.com .
