Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and well-being within their own homes and communities.
Responsibilities:
+ Deliver compassionate and high-quality care services to clients.

+ Facilitate clients' ability to remain safely in their homes and engage with their

+ Assist with various aspects of care, including personal care, end-of-life care,
and nutritional support.
+ Document care activities accurately in the care plan system.
+ Provide assistance with eating, drinking, and other daily tasks.
+ Collaborate with fellow care workers and professionals to ensure
comprehensive client care.
+ Support domestic tasks like tidying, cleaning, and laundering when necessary.
