An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Administrator to join our client in their Barking Offices.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Switchboard and concierge cover
* General typing
* Meeting and greeting
* Maintaining accurate records
* Activity logs
* Issuing permits
* Carrying pout fire alarm tests and drills
* Document/Drawing control
* Producing manuals
* Ad hoc duties and when required
The successful candidate must have:
* a minimum of 3 GCSEs Grade A-C in 3 separate subjects including Maths and English
* Good typing speed
* Word and Excel
* Good telephone manner
* Positive attitude
Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5:00pm
