Job Summary:
Patch Management professional will oversee the patching and updating of Windows 10/11 systems, applications, and device firmware across all partners. This involves ensuring the timely deployment of patches, minimising system downtime, maintaining compliance with security standards, and addressing any issues that arise during the process.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1. Manage and deploy patches and updates to Windows systems and applications across all organisations.
2. Monitor and assess the impact of patches on system performance.
3. Collaborate with the IT Security team to schedule and coordinate patch deployments.
4. Resolve issues arising from patch deployments and update failures.
5. Provide reports on patch management activities and system compliance.
6. Conduct regular audits of patch levels and system statuses.
7. Patch Management, CVE, CVSS, Threats & Risk, Zero Day Experience.
8. Essential to have experience working with Patch Management, Reporting, Agent Procedures & Policy Management.
9. Experience with SCCM and Intune patch management, and familiarity with Qualys will be beneficial.
10. Experience with Windows 365 and AVD patching will be beneficial.
11. Strong understanding of Microsoft patching schedules & methods.
12. Ability to use PowerShell for automating tasks, managing systems, and troubleshooting issues.
13. Evaluate new Intune features and capabilities, recommending adoption where appropriate.
14. Maintain comprehensive documentation of Intune configurations, policies, and procedures.
15. Requires working across multiple customer sites.
