About the role:
To provide administrative financial support across the Finance function. Accountable for general administration, supporting the purchase order process, assisting with AP/Invoice queries and reconciliation actions for financial transactions. The role is hybrid between home and office.
You will be responsible for the below;
2. Ensure the purchase order process is adhered to, goods and services are notified and entered in a timely manner. Provide support to resolve purchase order and payment queries.
3. Completion of reconciliations under guidance from financial/management accounts team.
4. Promote financial awareness and support colleagues in managing the financial aspects of their responsibilities.
5. Monitor and report on compliance within the business on purchase card use. Support administration of staff expenses.
6. Collate reports and data under guidance from the financial control or management accounts teams. Support the financial accountants with collation of samples evidence for External and Internal Audits
7. Respond to emails in central inbox efficiently and effectively. Using knowledge and experience to provide a response to queries within detailed policy and procedures.
8. Provide general and financial administrative support across the finance and planning function including working within and between different products and service groups
