About the Role
As a Talent Sourcer at Grantify, you will play a pivotal role in our Talent Acquisition team, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to source and engage with top talent for our various vacancies. This role will be based in Northern Ireland with occasional travel to Belfast City Centre.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and craft effective sourcing strategies.
* Utilise various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract and engage potential candidates.
* Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates fit for specific roles.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) effectively.
* Continuously seek ways to improve our sourcing processes and candidate experience.
About You
The ideal candidate for the Talent Sourcer role at Grantify is passionate about recruitment with a demonstrated ability to source and engage with top talent. You have some prior experience in recruitment, whether in an agency setting or internal recruitment and are eager to transition into a dynamic start-up environment where you can make a significant impact.
Key Skills & Traits:
* Recruitment Experience: You have at least a year of experience in recruitment, ideally in sourcing candidates. You understand the basics of candidate screening, interviewing, and managing applicant pipelines.
* Sourcing Expertise: You are adept at utilising various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and attract qualified candidates.
* Communication Skills: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to craft compelling job advertisements, engage candidates effectively, and build positive relationships with hiring managers.
* Organisational Abilities: You can manage multiple priorities and candidates simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Adaptability and Learning Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are open to learning new technologies and recruitment tools. You adapt quickly to changes and continuously seek ways to improve your sourcing strategies.
* Team Player: You collaborate effectively with hiring managers and the broader People team, demonstrating a proactive and supportive approach to achieving hiring goals.
* Motivation: You are driven to succeed in recruitment, maintaining a positive attitude even during challenging times and you are committed to advancing your career in talent acquisition.

Hiring Process

2. Interview with our Talent Acquisition Manager (60 mins).
3. Task: To be provided after the interview.
4. Final interview/task presentation with our Talent Acquisition Manager and our Head of People (60 mins).
5. Offer.
The entire process typically takes about 3 weeks end to end, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Feedback and updates will be provided promptly after each stage.
