THE ROLE The Bathroom Projects Advisor is going to be an integral part of Rated People’s premium offering, speaking to homeowners about their specific requirement and qualifying the homeowner lead in detail, so tradespeople can quote for the lead accurately, and successfully. Responsibilities include: Being a point of contact for our homeowners, ensuring that their job/lead is dealt with quickly. Qualify their lead by asking pertinent questions relating to their job/lead requirements Deliver quality customer service with patience, empathy and building rapport with them Documenting all learnings for the product team and Commercial teams. Participate in brainstorming sessions with the product team to discuss findings and learnings Maintaining and updating the homeowner lead on our platform with precise and up to date information Managing your own time effectively Required skills and experience: Experience and knowledge of the tradesperson marketplace. We’d love to gain applications from bathroom specialists or fitters. Excellent communication skills via email and phone, ability to extract information by using appropriate questioning techniques. Comfortable using your own judgement and initiative to make decisions in line with company policies. Experience of working in a product team/ MVP or experimental mindset Must be articulate and have both excellent verbal and written business English skills. Strong team ethic. Working in a fast-paced environment.
