WorkwithYorkshire are working with a local law client, who have a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join their team based in York City Centre.
This is a permanent, full time role, working Mon - Friday. The role is office based for the first 3 months, then hybrid working after that with 2/3 days per week in the office.
The role includes preparing Wills and other legal administration duties.
Duties:
Assisting solicitors in producing Wills, including gathering necessary information from clients
Ensuring Wills comply with legal standards and address client needs
Managing the preparation and filing of documents
Communicating with clients and keeping them informed of progress
Managing sensitive client information, with confidentiality and professionalism
Key skills and experience;
Experience in Wills beneficial, but not essential
Previous Administration experience, ideally in the Legal industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
