As the Early Careers and Development Programs UK Implementation Manager, you will partner closely with the Early Careers and Development Programs POE team, senior leaders across the UK Office And channels to implement key programmes into their business areas and functions for example Graduate Programmes and Apprenticeships
You will be responsible for
Stakeholder engagement:
1. identifying + collaborating with key stakeholders to make sure they are fully engaged and brought in to landing centrally designed programmes into their function or business area.
2. The conduit between key stakeholders in market and the central POE team.
Communication:
3. Partner with the relevant teams to ensure the right content & level of comma are reaching the right audiences to maximize levels of participation in our programme offers.
Partnerships:
4. Establish & maintain strong collaborative relationships with our chosen suppliers
5. Working with our external partners e.g training providers for apprenticeships to make sure they are adhering to our service level agreement
6. Address & resolve in market issue to reduce need to escalate to the central team
7. Provide feedback to the POE team to support continuous improvement
Programme Evaluation and continuous improvement:
8. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of development programmes
9. Playing back to programmes managers using survey data, insight and metrics to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
10. Consult in NWTs where necessary.

11. Promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within all programmes, to ensure accessible opportunities for individuals from underrepresented groups.
