Customer Service Coordinator
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) pro rata
6-month fixed term contract (possibility of a permanent contract)
Location: Shrewsbury
Working hours are Monday -Thursday 8.45am to 5pm and Friday 8.45am-4.30pm

The Role:
We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for a reputable company that provides premium material handling equipment to a variety of industries. This role will suit a candidate with strong customer service and administration skills.
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:
* First point of contact with customers, managing communication and queries on sales and service.
* Regularly update customers on requirements and expectations.
* Assist with service invoice queries.
* Update the CRM system as required.
* Process Service Engineer paperwork.
* Checking paperwork of all leasing and rental contracts.
The successfully appointed Customer Service Coordinator will have:
* A background in administration and/or customer service.
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Attention to detail.
* The ability to work productively in a fast-working environment.
* Working knowledge of SAP (desirable as training will be provided).
