Coastline’s Homeless Service is passionate about breaking down stigma and barriers to the people we support. We provide crisis accommodation, a community hub for people experiencing homelessness, supported accommodation, accommodation for families, move on and outreach support, and a dedicated harm reduction/activities and inclusion team. We strive to not only to deliver a quality service to each individual, but ensure every interaction matters.
The successful candidate will provide support into Cowlins Mill, which is a project that supports individuals with a background of rough sleeping into education and employment.
The role will be for 37 hours per week averaging over a 2 week rolling period including some evenings and one weekend in two.
You would be joining a multi-disciplinary team where the focus is on team work that provides an exemplary service to the individuals we support. This includes supporting the delivery of activities, courses and other teams within the homeless service. We are less interested in the experience you provide as training will be provided, but more interested in individuals who absolutely feel motivated and can self-manage their time and passion to supporting individuals to move forward with their lives.
