A Live-in Nanny Housekeeper is needed by this wonderful family based in Clapton, London to provide proper care for their precious baby and a toddler while maintaining the cleanliness of their property. An ideal candidate will be someone proactive and flexible who can carry out all childcare and housekeeping duties. The family have two dogs and a cat so someone pet-friendly is ideal for this role. It would be ideal if the nanny is flexible to join them for 4 to 8 weeks per year when they travel to Europe.
Someone who could speak French or Italian languages would be a bonus but English-speaking candidates would also be considered. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm then 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Saturday is a big bonus. Additional hours per week: 1/2 nights of babysitting per week. Total of 60 hours per week
Accommodation: Own Bedroom and shared bathroom
Duties include:
Assisting with the children’s bath time routine
Dressing the children and ensuring their comfort
Cleaning them up after each meal
Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities
Helping the older child with homework
Ensuring the children are always happy, safe, and well cared for
Changing nappies and maintaining proper hygiene
Cleaning and sterilising bottles
Preparing milk for the little one
Supporting the bedtime routine for a smooth transition to sleep
Keeping the kitchen clean and organised at all times
Mopping the floors and maintaining household cleanliness
Managing laundry and ironing tasks
Organising the children’s clothes and belongings
Washing dishes and ensuring the kitchen remains tidy
Cooking simple and nutritious meals for the family
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming home environment
