Technical Support Engineer | 40-50K | Cambridge

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and possess a strong technical/engineering background. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing technical assistance and ensuring the seamless operation of products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers as needed.
5. Assist in the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support and training purposes.
