The Digitisation Team is a key part of the IT function. This is an exciting time to join a growing area of the Group.
More about your role
Reporting to the Head of Digitisation, the Salesforce Engineering Manager will play a key role in the build and development of high performing engineering teams, whose role it is to deliver and continuously improve our Digitisation technology capabilities.
You will be responsible for the development of team members and deliver elements of the strategic short and long-term Salesforce roadmap. Working closely with Product Managers, you will be responsible for the delivery of strategic digitisation solutions.
Additionally, you will ensure that the engineered solutions and changes are documented, and work with Solutions Architects and other Engineering managers to produce and maintain detailed technical architecture designs for the Group's Salesforce estate.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high performing teams. Experience in Salesforce platform product development and configuration, as well as an understanding of digitisation concepts, are also desired.
Skills/Experience
* 3-5 years experience within a similar role,
* Experience leading and managing teams,
* Hands-on experience working in the Salesforce platform.
