Our client is looking for a Legal Administrator with legal secretarial skills to join their thriving and expanding company in Camberley. This is a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the company and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meeting and greeting people coming into the office
2. Answering incoming calls and communicating with the company's legal departments.
3. May involve some dictation and other general secretarial duties.
4. Audio typing of reports
5. Dealing with confidential matters on the telephone and sometimes face to face
6. Filing and scanning
7. Dealing with the post
8. General ad hoc work
Experience and Skills Requirements
Ideally, the candidate will have experience in reception or a background in secretarial duties.
