Summary
Sybil Andrews Academy is seeking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant to support learning across Years 7 to 11, both in the classroom, and in small group interventions within our specialist Cognition and Learning Hub 'The Abbey'. Applicants would be required to have achieved at least a C grade in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent, and have previous experience of working with children with additional needs, ideally in a secondary school setting.
Applicants will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, enjoy working with children, and, at all times, demonstrate our values: Kindness, Responsibility, Courage.
