This is a full-time and permanent position which will be based at the stunning, new Everton Stadium, due to open for the new season in August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with line managers to identify Everton specific existing and future skills gaps.
2. Create, deliver, and evaluate Everton specific training ensuring that all solutions and supporting resources are designed in line with Aramark requirements.
3. Design and deliver Everton specific onboarding and refresher training.
4. Create and deliver the variable workforce site induction and compliance reporting.
5. Create and maintain a simple on-site tracker for workforce training progress and completion.
6. Carry out training audits and training admin as required.
7. Promote central learning and development solutions to line managers.
8. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and assessment.
9. Work with the central L&D team to explore and promote apprenticeship opportunities.
10. Point of contact for all specialist external training providers.
11. Support the HRBP with any stadium specific training requested by the client.
12. Stay up to date with industry standards, techniques, and innovations.
Key Requirements:
1. Passion for learning.
2. Experience of working in any role in hospitality.

5. Strong attention to detail, alongside analytical skills.
6. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
7. Confident to present at all levels.
