Your key responsibilities will be:
1. Project and resource planning and its implementation in compliance with COWI's integrated management system
2. Communicating with clients; including obtaining all the required input material and coordinate with the project team for timely delivery and as per agreed quality criteria

4. Reviewing production processes, workflows and implementing improvements
5. Forecasting project turnover and performance
6. Resolution of administrative issues within the Project/Group and guiding and mentoring more junior staff

5. Have significant experience in a design environment working on complex infrastructure projects, ideally within the water sector

7. Be an accomplished team leader with the ability to support, mentor and develop less experienced colleagues
8. Have the inter-personal skills and aptitude to work collaboratively in a diverse multi-disciplinary team
9. Have creative communication skills, both verbal and written
