Office Administrator We are a recruitment company working on behalf of our client, a leading contractor in the utilities sector. Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to support their operations team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and can manage a wide range of administrative tasks independently. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Equipment Coordination: • Order plant, materials, and PPE to keep projects running smoothly. • Track hired equipment and update internal records accordingly. • Process procurement-related documentation, including booking-in forms and call-off schedules. • Maintain up-to-date records on company vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance. Finance & Document Administration: • Review, process, and file invoices and receipts accurately. • Support invoice queries and maintain clear financial records. • Oversee staff and director expense submissions, ensuring compliance with company policies. Operations & Compliance Support: • Arrange accommodation for operatives when required. • Monitor company accreditations and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Track training records and arrange necessary renewals. General Administration & Communication: • Manage incoming and outgoing communications professionally via email, phone, and in person. • Accurately input and maintain data across internal systems. • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems. • Assist with document control, reporting, and general office tasks. • Provide support to management and operations teams as needed.
