The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for working with the customers to ensure that they understand the product offering, to support them to activate and use the product, measure their usage, and ensure that it is aligned with the Company's and their expectations, to help them to diagnose, calibrate and program vehicles and return them to pre-accident condition to the customers.

~ Provide account management support to the Bodyshop and SMR customers in your territory
~Once activated to encourage and monitor the use of the remote services to ensure they are aligned with expectations
~Organize events in MSO's to gain maximum traction and support from the management for the usage of the tools and in particular remote services
~ Build strong relationships to enable the up sale of other products and services
~ Provide leads for the ADAS Technical Sales team to enable the sale of ADAS equipment Proactive account planning and understanding key focus and priorities.
~ Responsible for organizing customer visit plan's, documenting visit, reports and presenting customer performance to the European Business Development Director
~ Activity management using Pipedrive CRM and Sales tool Monthly reporting for customers with recommendations.
~ At least 3 years' experience selling/providing account management to Bodyshops / SMR Technical understanding of diagnostics and how it is used in the repair process Customer focused
Clean and current UK Driving Licence
Highly organized with a flexible approach to working
