Night Support Worker. Stockwell Road, Pembroke Dock. Hourly Rate – £11.60 to £12.00 per hour
Full Time: 35 hours per week: 10pm - 8am
**This role requires a drivers license** We’re a leading organisation dedicated to provide exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism. Located just five minutes from Pembroke Dock, with its magnificent Norman castle and stunning views of the Cleddau Estuary, Stockwell Road offers a serene home for up to four adults, aged 18 and over.
The residence features four double bedrooms spread across three floors, complemented by a spacious lounge, kitchen, and dining area that provide ample communal space for socializing and practicing life skills. Additionally, the home boasts gardens, a horticulture area, and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

A day in the life of working at Stockwell Road includes:
1. Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
2. Support our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration;
3. Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones;
4. Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
5. Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
6. General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;
