Job summary Practice Nurse - Diabetes 30-37.5 hours/week £35000 - £40000, Pro Rata NHS Pension, Rewards Scheme & Salary Sacrifice Options We're looking for a Nurse with experience of Primary Care, and specifically Diabetes to deliver outstanding care to our population of over 15000 patients. Working as part of a team, you'll have the chance to shape how we do things, and to make a difference in our community here in Darlington. You'll be a Nurse with a qualification in Diabetes Care (eg Warwick), with experience in General Practice, and strong knowledge of the range of services we deliver, from long term condition management, to vaccination campaigns.
