We have been asked to recruit a Payroll Administrator for a company in Corby. Day to day reporting into the Financial Controller you’ll be responsible for the weekly payroll for over 300 people across multiple sites. The company has 7 sites across the UK, with their Head Office in Corby. Below is a small overview of the role; Processing weekly payroll using Sage 50 in an accurate and timely manner Pension administration including payments and auto enrolment Entering records for joiners and leavers and processing P45’s Manage payments for statutory sick pay, maternity and paternity pay Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, including all HMRC payroll related activities Prepare weekly and monthly payroll journal for period end completion Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports as required, recommending enhancements Preparation of P60 and P11D documents for employees For more information, please apply straight away or contact Hannah at 360 Recruitment.
