Control Tower Assistant - Operational Finance, 4PL

Due to growth, DSV is recruiting for a Control Tower Assistant to join the Pharmaceutical 4PL Control Tower in Bristol.
This role involves hands-on operational finance in a multi-modal environment, including customer and supplier liaison, job execution, and handling irregularities.
The successful candidate will receive training on all QMS systems and GDP compliance.
Key Tasks
* Work within a 4PL Control Tower, liaising with customers and suppliers
* Provide proactive customer service
* Data entry and review
* Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
* Handle irregularities and escalate issues as needed
* Adhere to SOPs and meet KPIs
* Audit, dispute, and approve purchase invoices
* Create sales invoices
* Prioritize workload effectively
Skills and Competencies
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Knowledge of customs procedures (advantageous)
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* Teamwork and individual work capability
* Experience in freight forwarding or 4PL/LLP (desirable but not essential)
