Location: Peterborough

Salary: Up to £28,500

Hours: Monday - Friday

The Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for valued customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and stress-free. Your responsibilities will include:

* Booking and managing service appointments
* Providing clear and accurate advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs
* Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty
* Liaising with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism
