Role Purpose As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships. You’ll work proactively to support our Stockist customers and contractors across Ireland, using your excellent communication and sales skills to meet targets and provide outstanding service. Key Responsibilities General Proactively engage with Stockist customers and contractors via telephone and email to develop and maintain strong relationships. Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed individual and team targets. Manage incoming enquiries, provide quotations, process orders, and follow up on outstanding opportunities. Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure alignment on customer needs and account development strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system. Provide product information and technical support in line with customer requirements. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights back to the business. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or distribution sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and friendly phone manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. A results-driven mindset with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
