Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Implement effective teaching strategies to help students progress academically and socially Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' learning goals Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN Code of Practise and relevant legislation Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Excellent organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Experience using assistive technology to support students with SEN Working Conditions: This role involves working with students in a classroom or one-on-one setting.
