£37,000 basic salary with a £12,000 bonus on top.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Accountable for all workshop, service, and parts department staff, managing, coaching, and developing the team to reach their full potential and performance.
* Planning, forecasting, and delivering sales targets.
* Growing workshop utilisation and efficiency.
* Responsible for your own budget, relishing the opportunity to drive the business forward.
* Working closely with the head of business and department managers to drive overall business performance.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous experience working as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager.
* Have the drive to push the department forward, working to achieve agreed KPIs and brand standards.
* Demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Possess strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and a real passion for the brand.
* Have motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience.
