Job: Lead Business Analyst - Financial Services - Salesforce
Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in Wellingborough)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + Benefits
About the Role:
My client is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive business change across their Salesforce Platform within their financial services organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating complex business initiatives, leveraging deep technological and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strategic impact
• Design and optimize sophisticated business processes and operational frameworks
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions
• Deliver changes/enhancements to Salesforce across the organisation and acting as a guide to business users on the use of Salesforce
• Facilitate agile methodologies and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable implementation strategies
Essential Requirements:
• Financial Services sector experience
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce - Finance and Marketing highly advantageous
• Proven track record of leading multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Demonstrable experience working within agile environments
• Exceptional business process design and operational transformation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years business analysis experience
• Comprehensive Salesforce platform knowledge
• Agile certification preferred (Scrum Master/Product Owner)
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience
Working Arrangement:
• Hybrid model: 3 days per week in Wellingborough office. (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) Flexible on start and finish times.
• 2 days a week remote working
