Substantive 10PA: Job Plan components for this post may be subject to change (with negotiation) but are currently (for a full-time post holder): DCC 7.75; SIFT 0.75; SPA 1.5.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing expert care to patients with rheumatic diseases, including diagnosis, treatment, and management.
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Conducting consultations, assessments, and follow-ups in outpatient clinics and hospital settings.
* Participating in research, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
* Responsibility for the continuing care & treatment of patients in your charge & personal performance of clinical duties as agreed in your job plan, allowing for all proper delegation to, & training of your staff.
* To actively participate in both departmental & Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance & audit.
* To have responsibility for ensuring active participation in continuing medical education (CME).
Qualifications:
* Medical degree and completion of specialty training in Rheumatology.
* Full Specialist registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or eligibility for registration.
* Demonstrated expertise and experience in Rheumatology practice.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
