Customer Team Member
Location: St. Francis Road, Fraddon, St. Columb Road, TR9 6QD
Pay: £12.30 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings from 6am, afternoons, late evenings until 10:15pm, and weekends, to be discussed at interview.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries and promoting Co-op products and Membership.
* Support your colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure store safety and legality, including stock levels, pricing, dates, and temperatures.
* Support the introduction of new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Engage with the local community through activities and events.
