Red Sky are recruiting for an Administrator to join a company based at Gatwick Airport. We are looking for a self-motivated, hard-working, and enthusiastic person. Must be well spoken with excellent telephone manner and great attention to detail.
This is a great job for those who like to get involved in a variety of tasks and can multi-task with ease. As an administrator, you will be expected to:
Entering data on the system
Following tasks from beginning to end
Answering the phones
Typing Letters & Filing
Managing diaries
Booking appointments
Main Responsibility and Duties
Parts Ordering (65%)
Deal with Engineers parts requests and support the relevant parts Controller with parts ordering using KEY and various other online ordering systems
Good Receiving (5%)
Check tracking for couriers to ensure previous days orders have been delivered and goods receipt the orders on KEY.
Answering Telephones (15%)
Answer both land lines and mobiles to Customers, Suppliers and Engineers.
Returns (5%)
Assist the Parts Controllers as and when required processing engineers returned parts.
Tool Lists (5%)
Ensure that all tools are registered onto the relevant Engineers tool lists when purchases and a signature is received.
Parts Controlling (5%)
Assist to cover the parts controllers holidays
Whats on Offer?
This is a 6-month contract and paying £28,000pa (Pro-rata).
Your working hours are Monday-Friday- 0800/1600 or 0900/1700.
There could be an option that this role turns into a permanent position
