The Manager - Accurate Mass Workflow Europe reports to the Senior Director Sales, Europe and is a member of the European commercial team. It will be incumbent upon him/her to contribute to immediate and effective relations as part of this team through strong communication, exchanging ideas, and fostering an environment of teamwork within the regional commercial organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Lead the Advanced Workflow Specialist (AWS) team - Define the development and implementation of the AWS strategies within Europe, including engagement, talent development, performance management, coaching and mentoring. - Be responsible for Accurate Mass sales in the region through identification, development and closing of new HRMS business opportunities within the assigned region - Improve Win-rate by collaborative sales process with Commercial, Application Support and Service Teams in all markets. - Maintain latest information on key workflows/market trends and incorporate into local sales strategies - Collect Voice of Customer (VOC) and market information feedback to the organization - Manage key demos for associated opportunities including pre-positioning, data review, and data presentation formats The essential requirements of the job include: - Technical degree in life sciences with at least 5 years hands on LC MS experience; direct experience/knowledge in associated markets. HRMS experience a plus. - Commercial mindset with a results-oriented drive - Sales experience is a plus - Proven change management & continuous improvement experience; understanding KPI management and acting upon these. - Understanding of Sciex´s business and experience in the Life Sciences tools industry It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Leading a small team of product specialists - Hands-on LCMS HRES experience not required Join our winning team today.
