Clearfield are seeking an experienced No1 site manager for a residential new build scheme near Tower Hamlets, East London.
We are partnering with a medium size main contractor carrying out a design & build contract of 4no passivhaus units.
Suitable candidates will require a strong background in residential design & build contracts up to circa £15m/50units.
Requirements for the role include:
1. Valid SMSTS
2. Valid First aid ticket
3. Valid CSCS card
4. 5yrs residential design & build experience
