We're on the hunt for an experienced Powder Coater to join a well-established manufacturing team in Nuneaton. If you know your way around a Gema automatic plant or similar and can switch confidently between manual spraying and robotic systems, this one's for you.
The role:
* Operating Gema automatic powder coating system
* Manual spraying in offline area when needed
* Ensuring high-quality, consistent finishes
* Supporting smooth production flow across both zones
* Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring system upkeep
