If so, this is the perfect role for you PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this role, you must be committed to move to Hampshire Location: Hampshire (Please apply if you are local or willing to relocate) Salary: £26,500 OT up to £33,000pa (£13.77 per hour, paid monthly) Overtime: Paid at 1.33x the standard rate (Monday - Saturday) and at 2x (Sunday) About the Role: As an Upholsterer, you will become an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to producing high-quality contract furniture. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a highly regarded British manufacturer known for its craftsmanship and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Securely attach fabric, leather, or other materials to furniture frames, ensuring a smooth and tight finish Apply padding and cushioning materials to enhance the comfort and durability of upholstered furniture Identify and correct any defects or imperfections in the upholstery work Coordinate with other team members to ensure a consistent workflow and timely completion of orders Working Hours and lunch breaks: 8:00am – 4:45pm (Monday to Thursday) 8:00am - 12pm (Friday) 2x15min paid break, 30min unpaid break Benefits: Overtime available. Pension scheme (4.5% – 8%). After 1 year of service: 20 days of paid sick leave. 23 holidays 8 bank holidays. Yearly bonus of approximately £1,000 (paid quarterly).
