Product Manager
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office preferred)
Contract Length: 6 Months

A leading media organisation is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing key product initiatives, with a focus on airtime sales systems and scheduling.
This role requires a highly skilled and proactive individual who can hit the ground running and contribute to ongoing projects with minimal support or guidance. The candidate will work with a range of media systems such as Landmark Rights & Scheduling, IBMS, MediaGenix What’s On, MYDAS, and other airtime sales tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Management: Oversee and manage the development, deployment, and optimization of airtime sales systems, including Landmark Rights & Scheduling, IBMS, MediaGenix What’s On, and MYDAS.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including engineering, sales, and marketing) to ensure the product meets business goals and is aligned with customer needs.
• System Optimisation: Analyse product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
• Project Leadership: Lead projects from initiation through execution, ensuring timely delivery, scope management, and effective resource allocation.
• Technical Expertise: Provide insights and guidance to development teams, ensuring products are built to specifications and function optimally with existing systems.
• Reporting & Analysis: Regularly track key performance metrics, create reports, and present findings to leadership, identifying opportunities for further enhancement or new features.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience with Key Systems: Strong experience with Landmark Rights & Scheduling, IBMS, MediaGenix What’s On, MYDAS, Landmark Sales, and other airtime sales systems is essential.
• Product Management: Proven experience in product management, ideally within the media or broadcasting industry.
• Autonomy & Initiative: Ability to work independently with minimal direction, quickly adapt to new environments, and make decisions based on data-driven insights.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset to address challenges and deliver successful product outcomes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Project Management: Experience managing complex projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
