Description
Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with company objectives
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for goods and services
Ensure procurement processes are compliant with regulatory requirements
Lead and mentor a team in the procurement & supply chain department
Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements in procurement activities
Analyse market trends and apply insights to procurement strategies
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated business processesProfile
A successful Procurement Business Partner should have:
A degree qualification in a relevant field
Experience in procurement within the not-for-profit or charity sector
Leadership skills and experience managing a team
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and compliance
