Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Sales Manager and Trainer at Accquis Group in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as leading sales teams, training new hires, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role will require you to run a mew office with a team of 14 people you will assit in recruiting.
Qualifications
* Sales Management, Training, and Team Leadership skills
* Lead the setup of a new Head Office for Sales and Marketing of Group in Insurance and Banking
* Experience in developing sales strategies and managing client relationships
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* in depth knowledge of Salesforce and current thinking in sales.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience in the HR, Marketing, Finance, or IT sectors is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Businessv Administration or related field
