St Luke’s have an exciting opportunity for a Cluster Shop Manager. Your base will be in our Plymstock shop where you will not only be the manager, but manage several other St Luke’s retail shops including our fabulous bookshop, which is currently going through a transformation.
If you have strong management skills, a passion for fashion, a drive for sales, and experience in working with volunteers; then this is the role for you!
Key duties will include:
* Working with each manager within the cluster to maximise the impact of their shop, financially, visually, and in the community.
* Maintaining a portfolio of profitable, well-presented shops.
* Conducting regular visit profiles to all shops within your remit, ensuring compliance with all measured areas including Health & Safety, stock rotation, pricing, displays and merchandising, and Gift Aid compliance.
* Being a capable and assertive leader, showing your team the way to success and effectively communicating any changes that must happen to get there.
* Building strong relationships with colleagues and other departments, with the mutual goal of increasing income for our charity.
