Development Property Coordinator – Stockport - £28k basic + commissions

In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing a new development, focusing on ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to move in.
What you will be doing
* As a Development Property Coordinator, you will be overseeing all elements of setting up a build to rent development block and collation of contracts.
* Manage and draw together exterior and interior imagery for projects in our new Marketing interface.
* Manage and organise New Project floor plan files (both pdf and CAD).
* Maintain files on OneDrive
* Issue such files to the correct team for review and usage as required
* Examine detailed floor plan files to ensure understanding of the project
* Liaise with our Visuals team for the creation of interior and exterior Virtual Reality imagery
* Monitor lead times and milestone dates to ensure projects are on course.
* Day to day updating of CRM system
* Liaison with Estates team for residential block projects
* Update Operation and Projects lead on a regular basis
What you will have
* Experience in new developments or block management is essential in this role
* Experience in project management and ability to take new project from start to finish
* Knowledge of rental and tenancy laws and regulations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Expert in administrative skills and processes
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise important task
* Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
